Founded in 2015, YaVonne has led EHYEH Real Estate Investing & Management Services, L.L.C. and continues making progress as a force for change within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. We are focusing in on developing community centered subdivisions, surrounding neighborhoods and looking to move into commercial restorations in the foreseeable future.

At EHYEH it is our mission to consistently value people, do business in an ethical, moral and legal way. To create blessed opportunities for others by providing clean, affordable homes to live in and to share with others what we have learned because the blessing is in blessing others.

There is no slowing down in sight, YaVonne is still taking EHYEH Real Estate Investing & Management Services, L.L.C. to new heights. Shooting for the Sky is only the Beginning.

Starting as a small business, we continue to grown in the renovation of single family housing and high rise residential property rehabilitation. We provide a number of services for Fix-n-Flip and also offer additional services through our many business partnerships to include general contracting, appraisals, final inspections, pre renovation consultation, leasing, property management and more.
